Bringing Your Existing U.S. Company to Clemta

If you’ve already formed a U.S. company, Clemta makes it easy to onboard and access your dashboard in minutes.

Step 1: Choose “I Have a US Company”

  • From the onboarding screen, select “I have a US company”.

  • Click Continue.

Step 2: Enter Company Details

Provide the core information about your existing business:

  • Company Name

  • Entity Type (LLC or C Corporation)

  • Legal Ending (LLC, Inc., etc.)

  • Industry (e.g., Consulting, E-commerce)

  • EIN (Employer Identification Number)

📌 Make sure your information matches your incorporation documents and EIN confirmation letter.

Step 3: Enter Incorporation Details

Help Clemta identify where and how your business was registered:

  • State of Incorporation (e.g., Wyoming, Delaware)

  • Full Address (including city, ZIP, and street address)

  • Timezone where your business operates

If your company is registered in multiple states, enable Foreign Qualification and provide your additional registration details.

Step 4: Choose Your Plan

Select a subscription that fits your operational needs. For detailed pricing and features, visit clemta.com/pricing.

Step 5: Review & Pay

Check the selected package and complete payment to access your Clemta dashboard.

Step 6: Add Ownership Details

Number of Shares (C Corporations Only)

If your company is a C Corporation, confirm or update your company's stock structure:

  1. Enter the total number of authorized shares.

  2. Set the par value (optional).

  3. Apply default stock settings if preferred.

Add Members/Shareholders (Based on Entity Type)

Provide the latest ownership details:

  • For LLC: Add Members.

  • For Corporation: Add Shareholders.

For each member/shareholder:

  1. Enter their full name, email, and role.

  2. Assign ownership by percentage or number of shares (for corporations).

  3. Add address and other contact information.

  4. Optionally mark a person as the main incorporator.

  5. Click Add Shareholder/Member to save each person.

When all members/shareholders are added, click Continue to complete onboarding.
